Free membership and success fee terms

Basic profiles, enquiries and genuine customer reviews are free. Featured placement, verification services and business tools remain optional paid extras.

For new quotations submitted using the platform job flow, the professional agrees to a 10% success fee before sending the quotation. It becomes due when the customer accepts. No fee is charged just for receiving an enquiry, or for posting a review.

The fee is calculated on the agreed service charges, excluding VAT and separately itemised materials, rounded to the nearest penny. The displayed platform fee is the total payable. Customers pay the professional for services separately.

Existing jobs and reviews are not charged retrospectively. A quotation can be accepted only through the customer's private confirmation link. The customer confirms completion before receiving a new single-use review invitation. Reviews may be positive or negative and are independent of fee payment.

Contact support for cancellations, refunds, disputed acceptance or changed scope. An unaccepted quotation carries no fee. For cancelled accepted work, the fee is adjusted to the service value retained; where no service payment is retained, the fee is refundable. Support verifies changes before adjustment or refund.

Existing paid subscriptions continue under their agreed terms until cancelled through billing controls. Purchasing visibility never buys a favourable review or a guaranteed verification badge.
